About The Position
Rosewalk Lutherwoods Assisted Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Weekend Option, Night Shift. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The Senior Living Division provides an opportunity to develop a career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. The division’s whole-person-centered care supports residents’ physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

- Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
- Help create a comforting, engaging, and homelike environment that values residents’ dignity, respect, and individualized needs.
- Provide nursing services requiring physical stamina and strength.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Contribute to a respectful, positive work environment and work toward excellent resident care.
