About The Position

Priority Life Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide residents with compassionate, respectful care while supporting their dignity, comfort, and independence. CNAs build personal connections with residents, work courteously with coworkers, and follow procedures established by state and federal regulations. The role supports residents’ daily care needs, activities, meals, safety, and social interactions while helping maintain a clean and functional environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of previous long-term care experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current and valid CNA certification.

Responsibilities

Build connections with residents and help maintain their dignity and independence.
Assist with moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
Assist residents with daily physical and hygienic care needs.
Help residents prepare for activities and social programs.
Prepare residents for meals and record or report food intake or acceptance.
Advise the supervising charge nurse of residents’ status and condition.
Observe and report physical or emotional changes.
Promote a safe and clean environment.
Ensure equipment is clean and functional, and report malfunctions to a supervisor.
Assist families and other visitors as needed.
Comply with applicable state, federal, health care, and safety standards.
