About The Position

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The schedule is 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., including every other Saturday and Sunday. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to provide residents with exceptional, meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
