About The Position

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in its Memory Care or Skilled Nursing units at Twin Lakes in Montgomery, Ohio. The role involves assisting residents with daily routines, responding promptly to their needs, fostering meaningful interactions, and providing compassionate, professional care. The position is offered full time or part time, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:15 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
• Enter data into the computer on AOD.
• Provide menus, collect meal choices, and assist residents with eating.
