The CNA/Resident Attendant will provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility and feeding to ensure that those we serve receive the highest quality of person-centered care in a caring and compassionate environment. Parker at Monroe nursing care residence is a pioneer in the field of aging service, providing nursing and memory care services to individuals with all stages of dementias, who may also have complex physical needs. The campus consists of six “small homes”; sixteen elders with similar needs reside in each small home. The homes and programs are designed to promote independence, dignity, and a sense of community among our elders and their care partners.
