Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
SerKy Consulting is building a team of reliable, compassionate CNAs for upcoming assignments with assisted living communities, group homes, home care families, and healthcare facilities across Metro Atlanta. Candidates who join the talent pool will be considered as positions open. SerKy checks in with every caregiver placed to support their experience on the job. The CNA assists residents and patients with personal care and mobility, monitors and records vital signs and intake and output, supports meals and nutrition, observes and reports condition changes to the supervising nurse, maintains safe and stocked rooms, and documents care accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Active Georgia CNA certification in good standing on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- At least 6 months of CNA experience.
- Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents and patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs, intake, and output.
- Reposition, transfer, and ambulate patients safely.
- Help with meals and feeding, and track nutrition.
- Observe and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
- Keep rooms clean, safe, and stocked.
- Document care accurately and on time.
