Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Certificate showing completion of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training.
• Current, active CNA license listed in good standing with the state board.
• A compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, helping them safely maintain their independence.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
• Helping with ambulation and transfers.
• Checking vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and guiding range of motion exercises.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed-making etc.
• Assisting clients to take their daily medication.
