About The Position

BrightStar Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized, one-on-one home care to clients in Cleveland, Texas, and nearby communities. The role helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while supporting their dignity, confidence, and quality of life. CNAs also offer reassurance to clients’ families and communicate changes in a client’s condition to help ensure appropriate care. Assignments may include personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping, depending on client needs. Opportunities are available on day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with assignments typically lasting 4 to 12 hours. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Requirements

Active Texas CNA certification.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation.
Current auto insurance.
Recent TB test or chest X-ray.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
Assist with personal care and mobility, as needed.
Prepare meals and provide medication reminders, as needed.
Offer companionship and transportation, as needed.
Perform light housekeeping, as needed.
Help clients maintain their dignity, confidence, independence, and quality of life.
Observe and communicate changes in clients’ conditions.
Provide reassurance and peace of mind to clients’ families.
