About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personalized, one-on-one home care to clients in Cypress, Texas, and nearby communities. CNAs work in clients’ homes to help them remain safe, comfortable, independent, and confident, while supporting their dignity and quality of life. The position offers full-time or part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Assignments typically range from 4 to 12 hours. Caregivers receive ongoing training and 24/7 support from the office team.
Requirements
- Active Texas CNA certification.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Current auto insurance.
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray.
- Dependability, integrity, compassion, and commitment to delivering high-quality care respectfully and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily activities.
- Provide mobility support.
- Prepare meals.
- Give medication reminders.
- Provide companionship.
- Provide transportation.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Monitor clients’ well-being by observing and communicating changes in condition.
- Deliver care with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
