About The Position
BrightStar Care is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized, one-on-one home care to clients in Conroe, Texas, and nearby communities. The role helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and confident in their homes while preserving their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Caregivers support client well-being by observing and reporting changes in condition. The position offers full-time or part-time opportunities, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts typically ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Scheduling is flexible, and assignments are available throughout Conroe and surrounding communities. Requirements
- Active Texas CNA certification.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Current auto insurance.
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray.
- Dependability, compassion, integrity, and a commitment to respectful, professional client care.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, one-on-one home care to clients.
- Assist with personal care and mobility.
