About The Position

This position involves providing care and ensuring the safety and well-being of three children. The role includes assisting with age-appropriate activities, play, and engagement, as well as supporting with feeding, snacks, and basic hygiene. The CNA will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment, monitoring behavior, reporting concerns to the parent/guardian, and following household routines and instructions. Specific duties include supporting bedtime or evening routines for the night shift and documenting any incidents, observations, or updates related to the children.

Requirements

• G tube experience
• CNA/HA certificate (must be valid and up to date)
• CPR card
• Permanent Resident or Employee Authorization (ONLY if applicable)
• First Aid card from American Heart Association
• In-services or CEU
• Physical Test and PPD/Xray (within last 6 months)
• Drug Test
• Driver's License
• Social Security card
