About The Position

Living Well Disability Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to support people with disabilities in living fulfilling lives. The role involves providing personal care, supporting medication needs, encouraging participation in enjoyable activities and community life, documenting services electronically, and helping maintain a comfortable home environment. Positions are available at multiple locations throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding communities. The recruiting team will work with candidates to find a location and schedule that fits their needs. The organization provides services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with full-time and part-time schedules available. Most positions include a combination of weekday and weekend hours. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour. Benefits vary with work schedule and hours; additional benefits are available to qualifying full-time employees and employees working 30 or more hours per week.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Valid CNA certification and good standing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
Ability to pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study.
Comfort using computers and smart technology.
Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.

Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs.
Support individuals with their medication needs.
Help individuals participate in activities they enjoy and stay connected to their communities.
Maintain accurate documentation using the electronic records system.
