About The Position

Canyon Springs Post-Acute is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants in San Jose, California. CNAs provide hands-on care that supports residents’ comfort, dignity, safety, and independence. The position offers a consistent 4/2 rotation, with PM and NOC shift options, and pays $23.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience. New graduates are welcome and will receive training and support. The role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid time off, and ongoing education and development opportunities. CNAs work alongside nursing and healthcare professionals to deliver quality resident care.

Requirements

Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Ability to work a consistent full-time 4/2 rotation.
Availability for PM or NOC shifts.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Genuine interest in caring for seniors and supporting their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care.
Follow individualized care plans and assigned nursing procedures under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate nursing team member.
Accurately document care and services provided.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
Collaborate with the nursing team to provide high-quality resident care.
