About The Position
Serenity Hospice is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in York, Pennsylvania. The role provides high-quality, hands-on care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties. The CNA assists residents with daily living activities, supports nursing staff with patient care, builds relationships with patients and families, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Support nursing staff with patient care as needed.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
