Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Clifton Springs Nursing Home, (Part-Time Evenings)
About The Position
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Clifton Springs Nursing Home, you will provide high-quality, individualized patient care in collaboration with the nursing team. Taking initiative while assisting with and maintaining patient care is important to the success of the team. The role is in the Respiratory/Vent department and involves a diverse caseload that may include vent care, dementia, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation. The rehabilitation unit is connected to a hospital, supporting care transitions and experience with medically complex patients. This part-time role is scheduled for evenings from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., 22.5 hours per week, and every other weekend. The listed pay range is $20.00–$22.00. A signing bonus of up to $2,250 is available. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in New York State.

Responsibilities
- Provide or assist residents with activities identified in individualized care plans.
- Transport residents to and from activities as needed.
- Provide leisure activities as needed.
- Perform evaluations and report findings.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Help maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
- Support families and direct them to appropriate professional staff.
- Respond to resident requests in a timely manner.
- Receive and give reports to team members and team leaders.
