Atrium Centers is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, high-quality resident care at its 75-bed Salem Springlake Care Center in Salem, Kentucky. CNAs are valued members of the care team in a supportive, team-oriented environment and help build meaningful relationships with residents. Requirements

• Current CNA/STNA license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A service-driven mindset and desire to learn and grow.
• Positive, dependable, team-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with daily activities, personal care, and safety.
• Follow infection control policies and procedures.
• Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs.
• Immediately report any violations of residents’ rights.
