About The Position

Fir Lane Care, a Caldera Care facility in Shelton, Washington, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care in a warm, welcoming environment. The CNA supports residents with daily living activities, monitors and documents aspects of their care, maintains clean living areas, and assists nurses and other staff as needed. The stated pay range is $24.00–$29.26 per hour, depending on experience and other factors.

Requirements

• Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
• Physical strength and stamina.
• First aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, helping with personal hygiene, and providing fluids and nourishment during the scheduled shift.
• Observe residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document residents’ food and fluid intake.
• Make residents’ beds and keep their living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
