About The Position

Aviata at Bryan Dairy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care and support to residents. The role involves helping residents with daily activities, hygiene, mobility, dining, and companionship while monitoring their wellbeing and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. The position is at 9035 Bryan Dairy Rd, Largo, Florida. Full-time and part-time shifts are available: full-time day (7 a.m.–3 p.m.), evening (3 p.m.–11 p.m.), and night (11 p.m.–7 a.m.); part-time day (7 a.m.–7 p.m.), evening (3 p.m.–11 p.m.), and night (11 p.m.–7 a.m.).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Florida CNA license.
• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties.
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
• Caregivers must complete the new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and conversation to residents.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Assist with dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
