About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a 26-week long-term care assignment in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. Seven openings are currently available on day shift. This role involves providing direct resident care, assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, feeding, and obtaining vital signs. CNAs will observe residents, report changes to nursing staff, maintain documentation, and follow facility procedures. Dependable CNAs committed to the assignment and providing resident-centered care are sought.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nurse Aide registration/certification required
• Must meet the experience requirements applicable to the Commonwealth assignment
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be able to work the 6:45 AM–3:15 PM day shift
• Must be available for rotating weekends and assigned holidays
• Must be able to meet all facility and Commonwealth onboarding requirements
• Required CNA credential and Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry status will be verified prior to submission
• Qualifying experience must be clearly documented on the resume and will be reviewed against the Commonwealth requirements prior to submission.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care within the CNA scope of practice
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• Assist with mobility, positioning and transfers as appropriate
• Support feeding and other resident care needs as assigned
• Obtain and document vital signs and other required resident information
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Follow infection prevention, safety and facility procedures
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team

Benefits

• $1,115 gross weekly
• $11.00/hour taxable rate
• $675 weekly stipend
• $30.00/hour overtime rate
• $25.00/hour local rate
• $37.50/hour local overtime rate
