About The Position

Eventide Lincoln is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for the Lincoln Care Center. The role assists residents with physical, mental, spiritual, psychological, and social needs by following established nursing care procedures under the supervision, guidance, and teaching of the supervisor in charge. The schedule is a night shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. (12 hours), with an every-third-weekend and holiday rotation. The position offers a starting pay range of $18.00–$20.16 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are available for select positions, based on employment status and shift worked. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Hold an active Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) license in the state of Nebraska.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months of experience as an aide or caregiver preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring or ambulation, and continence.
Assist with senior/client admissions, discharges, and transfers, and with orientation of new employees.
Follow department protocol for submitting completed documentation.
Prioritize assignments and adjust them throughout the shift to address changing or overlapping needs of seniors/clients, caregivers, team members, and managers, as well as call lights when necessary.
Perform assigned work duties within the designated work environment, as assigned by Eventide, regardless of team member preference.
Follow the comprehensive care plan or service plan developed for each senior/client.
Comply with HIPAA privacy requirements and safeguard protected health information at all times.
