About The Position

The Certified Nursing Aide delivers individualized care according to each resident’s care plan, helping residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity. The role includes reporting changes in residents’ health to the clinical team and building compassionate, positive connections with residents and their families. The aide also participates in learning and development activities and follows confidentiality and privacy rules for resident information. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members compassionately to create a lasting, positive experience.
• Attend and participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
