About The Position

Heritage Woods of Centralia is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Aide to provide individualized care to residents in accordance with their care plans. The role supports residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity, communicates changes in resident health to the clinical team, and builds compassionate relationships with residents and their families. The position is on the 3rd shift in Centralia, Illinois, with an hourly pay range of $18.00 to $18.50. The employer notes that benefits and eligibility may vary by employment status.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members compassionately to create a positive experience.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning opportunities.
• Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
