Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)- 1st shift
About The Position
The Certified Nursing Aide delivers exceptional, individualized care according to each resident’s care plan. The role assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and preserving dignity. The aide reports changes in residents’ health status to the clinical team and communicates compassionately with residents and their family members to create a positive experience. The role also involves ongoing learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning opportunities, protecting the confidentiality and privacy of resident information, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
