About The Position

The Certified Nursing Aide provides exceptional, individualized resident care in accordance with each resident’s care plan. The role supports residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and preserving dignity. The CNA reports changes in residents’ health status to the clinical team and communicates compassionately with residents and family members to create a positive experience. The position also involves ongoing learning, compliance with confidentiality and privacy requirements, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care according to each resident’s care plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in residents’ health status to the clinical team.
• Communicate compassionately with residents and family members, creating a lasting, positive experience.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning and development opportunities.
• Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
