About The Position

NurseCore is hiring Certified Nurse Assistants to work in facilities in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. The role focuses on providing compassionate care, monitoring and documenting clients’ conditions, protecting their rights and confidentiality, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Current CPR certification compliant with American Heart Association standards.
• Current CNA licensure in the State of Texas.

Nice To Haves

• One year of CNA experience in a supervised setting within the last three years is preferred.
• One year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Inform the clinical supervisor of changes in clients’ conditions.
• Document care provided, observations, and treatments.
• Comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Protect clients’ rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
