Requirements

• Active New Jersey CNA certification
• At least 6 months of experience in a long-term care setting
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Pick up available shifts you've committed to and help ensure consistent coverage for residents
• Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily routines
• Provide care based on individualized service plans and maintain accurate records
• Check in regularly with residents to support their comfort, safety, and well-being
• Help residents during meals and assist with mobility and transfer needs as appropriate
• Create meaningful connections with residents while collaborating closely with the care team

Benefits

• $24.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment
• Shift differentials: $1.00/hour evenings, $2.00/hour nights, $4.00/hour weekends
• Full control over your schedule: choose day, evening, or night shifts as they're available
