About The Position

St. Agnes Home is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide resident care and related services that support residents’ personal needs and comfort. The role maintains departmental policies and procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection-control standards. The assistant is expected to act with integrity and in St. Agnes Home’s best interests, identify and appropriately address non-compliance, and incorporate the home’s mission and philosophy while providing quality care that respects each resident’s human dignity. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, on a night schedule of three 12-hour shifts from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. The posting also describes sign-on bonuses for full-time, three-quarter-time, and part-time schedules; the full-time bonus is $1,000, paid incrementally over one year. The headline separately advertises a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Hold current Certified Nurse Assistant certification in good standing in the State of Missouri.
Understand English in verbal and written forms and be understood.
Be able to perform the physical functions of a Certified Nurse Assistant, with reasonable accommodations as required by federal or state law.
Successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services criminal background check.
Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Provide applicable I-9 documentation to establish identity and authorization to work in the United States.
Have a valid driver’s license, personal automobile liability insurance, and an acceptable driving record if required to drive.
