About The Position

St. Agnes Home is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide resident care and related services that support residents’ personal needs and comfort. The role maintains departmental policies and procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection-control standards. The CNA is expected to act with integrity and in the best interest of St. Agnes Home, identify non-compliance and take appropriate action, and uphold the organization’s philosophy and mission while providing quality care with regard for each resident’s dignity.

The position is described as full-time, with a morning schedule of three 12-hour shifts from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. The posting also lists sign-on bonuses for full-time, three-quarter-time, and part-time schedules. Requirements

• Hold current Certified Nurse Assistant certification in good standing in the State of Missouri.
• Understand and communicate in English verbally and in writing, and be understood.
• Be able to perform the physical functions of a Certified Nurse Assistant, with reasonable accommodations as required by federal or state law.
• Successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Provide applicable I-9 documentation to establish identity and authorization to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver’s license, personal automobile liability insurance, and an acceptable driving record if required to drive.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
