About The Position

St. Agnes Home is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide resident care and related services that support residents’ personal needs and comfort. The role follows departmental policies and procedures and maintains quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection-control standards. The CNA is expected to act with integrity, identify and respond appropriately to non-compliance, and carry out the home’s mission and commitment to quality care while respecting each resident’s dignity.

The position is described as full-time (40 hours). The preferred schedule is a morning shift working three 12-hour shifts, 6:45 a.m.–7:15 p.m. Sign-on bonuses are stated for multiple employment levels: $1,000 for full-time, $750 for three-quarter-time, and $500 for part-time, paid incrementally over one year. Requirements

• Current Certified Nurse Assistant certification in good standing in the State of Missouri.
• Understand and communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Be able to perform the physical functions of a Certified Nurse Assistant, with reasonable accommodations as required by federal or state law.
• Basic computer skills.
• Successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Provide applicable I-9 documentation establishing identity and authorization to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver’s license, personal automobile liability insurance, and an acceptable driving record if required to drive.
