Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) PM Shift
About The Position
The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) provides patient care in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. The role assists patients with daily living activities, mobility, feeding and hydration, and comfort, while observing and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff. CNAs also maintain clean patient areas and equipment, assist with medical equipment, and follow infection control procedures. The posting lists first, second, and third shifts; the advertised role is for the PM shift. Second and third shifts receive a $2 per hour differential. A Saturday and Sunday premium of $3 per hour is also listed, and a no-weekends option is available.

Responsibilities
- Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist patients with mobility and ambulation, including transfers between beds and wheelchairs and assistance with walking.
- Assist patients who cannot feed themselves and help ensure they stay hydrated.
- Observe and report changes in patients’ physical, mental, or emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Help keep patients comfortable and reposition them to prevent pressure ulcers.
- Keep patients’ living areas and equipment clean and orderly.
- Assist with medical equipment, including mobility aids, bedpans, and other assistive devices.
- Follow infection control procedures to prevent the spread of infections.
