About The Position
Mini Cassia is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community serving residents who rely on it for long-term and short-term care. Certified Nursing Assistants provide consistent, knowledgeable, and compassionate care to a geriatric population, supporting residents’ daily needs and helping maintain a supportive, respectful environment. The position is a full-time night shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The employer emphasizes teamwork, respect, and professional development.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification.
- Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents.
- Willingness to learn and follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Answer call lights and support residents’ daily needs.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, bathing, dressing, and meals.
- Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring their comfort, preferences, and dietary needs.
- Document intake and output as needed and promptly report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
- Build relationships with residents and their families.
