About The Position
Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to work in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Certified Nurse Aide uses a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to help develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans. The role performs customer-care activities and related nonprofessional services that support customers’ personal needs and comfort.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Help develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure customers’ needs are met.
- Perform customer-care activities and related nonprofessional services.
