CNA- PM Shift
About The Position
The Pines at Placerville is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support services to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. The role promotes residents’ comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being while working closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff in a supportive, collaborative, resident-focused environment. This is a full-time PM shift position from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., located at 1040 Marshall Way, Placerville, California 95667. Starting pay is $21 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of California.
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate a compassionate, dependable, and motivated attitude.
- Be able to follow care plans, policies, and procedures.
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Measure and record vital signs, intake and output, and resident observations.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation according to facility policies.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and calm resident environment.
- Uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care.
