About The Position
Atrium Centers is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its 39-bed, 5-star Heritage Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Zeeland, Michigan. The position offers full-time and part-time scheduling options on the second shift. The listed wage is $21.40–$22.90 per hour, including the Michigan Direct Care Incentive; a second-shift differential of $1 per hour and a third-shift differential of $1.50 per hour are also listed. The CNA provides resident care according to approved care plans, supports residents’ daily activities, safety, and personal care, follows infection control procedures, and completes required documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs. The role requires a current state CNA/STNA license and completion of a CNA/STNA course. Requirements
- Completed CNA/STNA course.
- Current state license to practice as a CNA/STNA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
- Assist with residents’ daily activities, safety, and personal care.
- Practice infection control procedures.
- Comply with documentation and record-keeping policies, including recording vital signs.
- Immediately report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
