About The Position

Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) are needed for full-time and part-time positions at a 64-bed facility. Full-time positions offer 1st and 2nd shifts, while part-time positions offer 3rd shift. All positions are 8-hour shifts and include an additional $3.40/hour HERO Pay. Atrium Centers provides a supportive, agency-free environment where care truly matters. CNAs will build relationships with residents, collaborate with a dedicated team, and make a real difference.

Requirements

• Completed CNA/STNA Course and current state license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
• Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attendance
• Passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved Care Plans
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
• Follow infection control procedures and proper documentation practices
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
