The role involves providing hands-on resident care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring resident safety and comfort. Requirements
- Completed CNA course and active state certification
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans
- Assist with daily activities, mobility, personal care, and resident safety
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean environment
- Accurately record vitals and required documentation
- Report concerns or violations of residents’ rights immediately
