About The Position

Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) are responsible for providing resident care according to an approved Care Plan. This includes assisting with daily activities, ensuring resident safety, and providing personal care. CNAs must understand and practice infection control procedures and comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies, including taking vitals. They are also required to report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.

Requirements

• Completed CNA/STNA Course / State Licensed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
• Excellent Attendance

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and practice infection control procedures
• Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies, including vitals
• Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
