About The Position

Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) are needed for both full-time and part-time positions. Full-time roles offer 1st shift with 12-hour shifts, while part-time roles offer 2nd shift with 12-hour shifts. The pay rate is $17–$18 per hour plus an additional $3.40 per hour Hero Pay. The facility has 39 beds. Requirements

• Completed CNA/STNA Course / State Licensed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Service-oriented mentality with a thirst for learning
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Excellent attendance

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and practice infection control procedures
• Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
