About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Nurse Aides, Home Health Aides, and caregivers to provide care for private home care clients in Parker, Castle Pines, and Castle Rock. The role offers hourly pay of $20–$26 and opportunities to work in the employee’s neighborhood. BAYADA offers paid training for candidates who need to become Home Health Aides, as well as flexible scheduling and full-time or part-time opportunities. Requirements

• Minimum one year of work experience.
• Current Home Health Aide license in good standing with the board.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Perform transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
• Assist with oral feeding.
• Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Provide medication assistance.
