CNA / APC Caregiver - Private Pay Home Care Clients
About The Position
AbriCare is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to serve private-pay home care clients in Rolla, Missouri, and surrounding communities. The role provides personal care and individualized support in clients’ homes so they can maintain independence and quality of life. Scheduling is flexible, and the advertised starting pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with opportunities for higher pay based on certification, experience, and client care needs. Requirements
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification or APC (Advanced Personal Care) certification.
- Compassionate and reliable nature.
- Dedication and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and/or a reliable transportation plan.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Working smartphone for time and attendance usage.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Complete shopping and errands; transporting clients is not part of the role.
