Certified Nurse Aide- Home Care
About The Position
ComForCare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors and adults in Fort Collins, Colorado, and nearby areas. The role supports clients in staying safe and independent at home, with flexible shifts and consistent client assignments. Compensation is $20.00–$25.00 per hour. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Caregivers receive ongoing training, support in the field, and thoughtful client matching. The position is with an independently owned and operated ComForCare franchisee, which is a separate employer responsible for employment decisions.
Requirements
- Active Colorado CNA certification.
- CNA or caregiving experience in home care, home health, assisted living, long-term care, or a hospital.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A caring, patient, and dependable attitude.
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certification [confirm].
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with transfers and mobility and help prevent falls.
- Check vital signs and report changes to the RN Case Manager.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and run errands.
- Keep accurate care notes.
