About The Position
ComForCare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors and adults in Fort Collins, Colorado, and nearby areas. The role supports clients who want to remain safe and independent at home. The posting offers full-time and part-time work, flexible shifts, and pay of $20.00–$25.00 per hour. Requirements
- Active Colorado CNA certification.
- CNA or caregiving experience in home care, home health, assisted living, long-term care, or a hospital.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Caring, patient, and dependable attitude.
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certification (marked “[confirm]” in the posting).
Responsibilities
- Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and fall prevention.
- Check vital signs and report changes to the RN Case Manager.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and run errands.
- Keep accurate care notes.
