Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience working with elderly people.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid and positive TB skin test.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Accurately document and report changes in clients’ conditions to the care team.
