About The Position

Rosewalk Village Lafayette is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to help foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living and provide companionship and reassurance, while supporting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role requires collaboration with nursing and other facility teams to deliver coordinated care and a commitment to excellent senior care.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
