About The Position

Monticello Healthcare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for part-time day and night shifts and full-time evening shifts. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individual needs are prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and collaborating with nursing and facility teams to provide coordinated care. Candidates should bring physical stamina, a supportive presence, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a passion for geriatric nursing. The position requires a current Indiana CNA certification and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility. Requirements

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Ability to provide supportive, respectful communication and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
