Requirements
- A genuine heart for serving kupuna with Kindness, Compassion, and Respect
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to keep residents safe, comfortable, and thriving
- Reliability and a team-first “we not me” spirit
- Current State of Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certification (Out of state applicants: we’ll point you to Hawaii certification steps)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents, clients, and members safely, including standing, bending, and prolonged walking or standing
Responsibilities
- Assist residents, clients, and members with their ADLs to ensure that they are receiving person-centered care and service.
