About The Position
Sage Bluff Health and Rehab is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to help create a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention are prioritized. CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living and provide companionship and reassurance. The position is available full-time or part-time, with day, evening, and night shifts and 8- or 12-hour shifts. The organization describes its care as supported by strong clinical standards and established processes, and emphasizes excellence in senior care.
Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
- Help create a comforting, engaging, and homelike environment that respects residents’ dignity and individual needs.
- Provide nursing services requiring physical stamina and strength.
- Work with nursing staff and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence in interactions with residents, families, customers, and staff.
