About The Position

Priority Management is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide compassionate support to residents at Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Springtown, Texas. The role assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting their independence and dignity and helping maintain their safety and recovery. The aide follows assignments made by the charge nurse, provides personal and toileting care, assists with mobility and transfers, responds to call lights, and supports residents with meals. The position is listed with a salary range of $16.00–$18.00 and a job shift of “Any.”

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Current Nurse Aide certification and good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
Ability to understand, remember, and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

Promote resident independence and dignity by assisting with activities of daily living.
Help ensure resident safety and provide a supportive, protective, and safe environment.
Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress residents appropriately, and provide nail care.
Follow the resident assignment schedule made by the charge nurse.
Lift, move, and transfer residents as required.
Respond to call lights in a timely manner.
Assist or feed residents.
Keep residents clean and dry, including providing toileting or incontinence care.
Perform other duties as assigned.
