About The Position

Ben Hur Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help create a warm, supportive, and homelike environment for residents. The position focuses on prioritizing residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. CNAs assist with activities of daily living and provide companionship and reassurance. The role requires physical stamina, collaboration with nursing and other facility teams, and a commitment to excellent senior care. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available across day, evening, and night shifts.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

• Have the stamina, strength, and endurance needed to provide nursing services.
• Work collaboratively and communicate interpersonally to support coordinated care and a respectful, positive work environment.
