About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistants at Bethlehem Woods help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and promoting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. CNAs work with nursing and other facility teams to support coordinated, comprehensive resident care and demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.
Responsibilities
